Refund policy
What is Your Refund or Cancellation Policy?
In order to cancel an order for a refund for an SGEP Fitness Assessment, the following conditions must be met:
1.The assessment must be unused (not yet started or attempted)
2.The order must have been placed within the past 14 days. No cancellations or refunds can be processed for any orders after 14 days from the purchase date
For single orders with multiple assessments, you can cancel the full order if the above conditions are met.
If you wish to cancel individual assessments in a bulk/volume order (example: you ordered 15, but want to cancel 3), we are only able to issue refunds for individual assessments in a bulk order within one week of the date the order was placed.
If the above conditions are met, to proceed with the refund, please send the following information to info@orderlydisruption.com:
1.The Order ID # for the unused assessment.
2.The reason you are requesting a refund.
3.If the order was placed from a different email address, it would be helpful to include the email address that was used to place the order.
Once initiated on our end, the refund may take a few business days to process before it is reflected in the associated account. We are not accountable for any transaction fees incurred by your bank or credit card, nor any difference in the exchange rate between the date of purchase and the date the refund is issued.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy for an order of one single assessment code:
✔ Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the test has not yet been started.
✗ Once a test is in progress, refunds are at our discretion. Please contact us at info@orderlydisruption.com if you believe a refund is warranted in your case.
✗ Refunds are not available for tests that were taken — every code purchased is valid for exactly one attempt.
How to request a refund: reply to your purchase confirmation email, or contact info@orderlydisruption.com with your invoice number (visible at the top of your receipt). Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com on our behalf. Paddle is the merchant of record for this transaction.
