The same skills come under two licences. Which one applies depends on how you use them. This page holds the full texts. Where this page and the product page differ, this page governs.

Use at work, for a client, or in anything you are paid for. Edit, adapt, and share inside your organisation. Sold with every purchase and subscription.

The skills are licensed to everyone under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International. The legal text is at creativecommons.org. It governs; the plain English below explains how we read it.

  • You may use the skills, and share exact copies, for personal study and other non-commercial purposes, with credit.
  • You may edit them for your own private use. You may not share edited copies.
  • Use at work, for a client, or in anything you are paid for needs the commercial licence.

Translations are allowed under an additional permission. The Python scripts are licensed separately under the MIT Licence.

An earlier version of the product-strategy skill was published under «CC BY-SA 4.0». That version keeps that licence. Versions published here carry the licences on this page.

Additional permission for translations

In addition to the rights in CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, Orderly Disruption Limited allows anyone to translate these skills and share the translations, on these conditions.

  1. Non-commercial only. A translation may not be sold, bundled with anything sold, or used commercially without a commercial licence.
  2. Faithful and complete. Translate one whole skill. Make no other changes.
  3. Keep the name field in the frontmatter exactly as in the English original. Translate only the description and the body.
  4. Mark it unofficial. At the top: "Unofficial translation into [language] of [skill name], version [x.y], checksum [sha256] of the English original. Not reviewed by Orderly Disruption Limited."
  5. Keep the credit and the licence notice.

This permission covers translation only. It does not allow adapting, shortening or extending a skill.

We may review a translation and publish it with our own checksum. Only those are official.

We may withdraw this permission for future versions. Translations already shared under it stay permitted.

AI Skills Commercial Licence

Version 1.0, «date». Between Orderly Disruption Limited, trading as Adaptive Fitness, registered in England and Wales, company number «09024211» ("we"), and the purchaser ("you").

1. What this is

The skills are also available free under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, which does not allow commercial use. This licence does. It is separate from the CC licence and does not change it.

2. Who is covered

«Individual: one named person. Team: up to ten named people in one organisation. Organisation: everyone employed by or working for one organisation.» You give us the names at purchase or on your order page. You may reassign a seat when someone leaves.

3. What you may do

Use the skills for any purpose, including paid work for your employer or clients, on any devices and AI tools you use. Edit and adapt them. Share original and adapted copies with other people covered by this licence in your organisation«, including through an internal skill library».

4. What you may not do

Share the skills, original or adapted, with anyone not covered by this licence. Sell, sublicense, bundle or republish them. Remove the copyright notice.« Use the skills to rate or rank the performance of individual people.»

5. Outputs

What your AI produces with the skills is yours. No credit is needed in outputs.

6. Versions

Bought once: this licence covers the version you bought, for good. Subscription: it covers every version released while your subscription runs. When it ends, the licence continues for the last version you received.

7. Ending the licence

We may end this licence if you break it and do not put it right within 30 days of our notice. When it ends, stop commercial use and delete any copies the CC licence does not allow you to keep.

8. No warranty

The skills are written instructions for an AI. We do not promise any particular output. A person should check what the AI produces. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit.

9. Law

English law applies. The courts of England and Wales decide disputes.

Code

The Python scripts in the set, such as those in the flow review report skill, are licensed under the MIT Licence, © 2026 Orderly Disruption Limited. The full text ships with the scripts in LICENSE-CODE. The licences above cover the written skills; MIT covers the code.

Versions and checksums

Every release carries a version number, a date and a checksum, so you can tell the official set from a copy that has changed.
