These «six» skills carry John Coleman's methods for product strategy, outcome hypotheses and flow metrics, each grounded in named sources. Install once. Every conversation after that starts already knowing the method.

How it works

The download link «and your licence key» arrive by email after checkout. One licence per person. Buy several in one order for a team.
Install the folder
Unzip. Put each skill folder where your AI tool looks for skills. Step-by-step instructions for «Claude, Claude Code and Cursor» are in the read-me. A few minutes. No code.
Work as normal
Nothing to remember. When a conversation turns to work items, strategy or flow, the matching skill loads by itself and holds the method: the sources to read, the guardrails to keep, the shape the output must take.
Plain truths before you buy. A skill makes an AI more likely to follow the method. It does not make the AI right. Read what it produces. Skills are text files: once the download starts there is nothing to return, so that part of the order cannot be refunded.
The sources are named. Each skill states which references it works from, among them Gilb, Vacanti, Wheeler, Reinertsen, the Kanban Guide and the Scrum Guide Expansion Pack. You can check the method against the source, not against the AI's memory.
What's in the set
Each skill does one job. They pair: strategy produces the hypotheses the work items ladder up to; the flow skills read whether the system delivering them is healthy.
- Product strategyReverse-engineers a strategy from real work items, then runs it as a falsifiable hypothesis with kill criteria on the Continuous Adaptive Strategy canvas.
- Outcome-hypothesis work itemsWrites work items as short, falsifiable outcome hypotheses in job-story shape. A named solution must come with alternatives and an impact estimation table.
- Flow metrics interpretationReads cycle time, throughput, work item age and cumulative flow, from chart images or a CSV, and writes a diagnosis with actions.
- Process behaviour chartsTells routine variation from a real signal, using Wheeler's rules, so nobody reacts to noise.
- Actionable agile flow metricsThe full chart family and Monte Carlo forecasting, which it refuses to run when Little's Law's assumptions do not hold.
- Flow review reportTurns a flow diagnosis into a print-ready PDF a team can share.

What a skill is
A skill is a folder. Inside is a file called SKILL.md that tells the AI when the skill applies, which method to follow, which sources to read first, and the shape the output must take. Some skills carry reference files alongside it.
The AI reads the folder when a conversation matches its description. You do not have to ask for it or remember it exists.
Skills are plain Markdown. They contain no code that runs on your machine and collect no data.
What is delivered at purchase
After payment, the buyer receives:
- An order confirmation email
- An email with the download link «and one licence key per licence bought»
- Install instructions for each supported tool, inside the download
- «Access to a private order page showing each licence»
- Updated versions of the set for «12» months, sent to the email on the order
The files are the deliverable. They are yours to keep after the update period ends.
Compatibility
We test every release on «Claude (via Projects), Claude Code and Cursor». The read-me gives the folder location for each.
Any AI tool that reads a skills folder in Markdown can load them. Others may work. We do not promise that they will.
Skills rely on the AI model behind the tool. A weaker model follows a method less reliably. We write and test on the most capable models available at release.
Licence
One licence covers one named person, on any number of their own devices and tools.
- Use the skills for your own work, and for work you do for clients or employers
- Edit them for your own use
- Do not share the files outside the licence, resell them, or publish them

Updates
The sources change. When the Kanban Guide or the Scrum Guide Expansion Pack is revised, or a skill is corrected, we reissue the set and send it to every licence bought in the last «12» months.
Every release is dated. The read-me lists what changed. When the update period ends you keep the version you have; buy again for the next «12» months.
Purchase terms
Email requirement. Use an email address you can reliably access. If a temporary or incorrect address, a corporate firewall, or a spam filter prevents delivery, that is not a delivery failure and is not grounds for a remedy.
Digital content and cancellation. The files are the deliverable. Once the download link has been used, that licence has been supplied in full and its portion of the order is non-refundable. Requests concerning licences whose link has not been used can be sent within 14 days of purchase to info@orderlydisruption.com with your order details; where a remedy is applied, «those licence keys are revoked immediately».
